Christmas is counting down

I can't believe it is only 34 more days until Christmas, the days are flying by so fast and my Christmas list isn't getting any smaller, it actually seems to be getting bigger if anything. Pay day is coming soon so I am hoping to get a lot of things picked up then. I find it a bit more hectic this year with my wife working and the kids in activites almost every night of the week it is harder to get organized.

Christmas is Coming

We are slowly trying to get to get ready for Christmas around the house, normally we are all decorated by now but this year has been a bit different with my wife working time seems to be hard to come by. We did manage to get our tree up but no decorations on it yet and the garland is up around the entrance ways. Poised for the three peat

After watching the Nascar Sprint Cup event from Pheonix this weekend it was embarassing watching Jimmie Johnson take the rest of the field to school and totally dominate. It's almost like watching a bike race with the field riding around on pedal bikes and 1 star zooming through on a motor bike. Jimmie can do basically anything he wants at this point and no one can touch him. To listen to him complain about a 15th place finish last week sets the tone of how much his team has come to expect from performance. Next week we will see the formality of JJ running around the track for a while, most likely dominating the field and claiming his 3rd championship in a row. Sorry guys you all need to pick it up to be even close to the performance of this team
