New TV Season

It is that time of year when all the new TV shows get started, I am wondering what show is your most anticipated in this new season? I would have to say I am most anticipating the new season of Criminal Minds, it is one of my favorite shows. I am also eagerly anticipating the premier of CSI which will be guest staring Justin Bieber so it will be interesting to see how he transitions to the CSI team.

Airplane enjoyment

I got to go away for a meeting this week and as usual to get their I had to take my favorite form of transportation Airplane. I shouldn't complain I guess years ago we had to drive down and it would take about 7 hours. I just can't get used to flying and always feel sick and get a head ache from the flight. I made it down and back so I should be ok for the next 6 months until we get to year end and have to go back down.

What happened to my day

It's like it happened overnight, I was out with the kids tonight and it was dark by 7pm. I guess that means that summer is officially over and before long we will be back to it being dark in the morning when we get going and it will be dark when we get home. That is a bit of a depressing period for me but I know once we get to New Years the days will start to get longer again.

Off for business

I have to go away for three days for a meeting, I not a big fan on being away with our lives being so hectic but it is a necessary part of the job occasionally to go. It makes it harder on my wife as she has to take a couple of nights off work as I won't be around for the kids. I think this will be my last meeting this year so that will be nice to not have to travel through the winter time months.

Jr vs Snr

I am just finishing watching a new episode of American Chopper, this season it is Jnr. vs Snr. as the shops have divided and Jnr. has gone out to start his own shop. To this point he hasn't got any bikes to build but I hope he gets some clients soon so the team can start building. He always made good bikes for OCC and I'd like to see them working on something to make the show more interesting. Good Luck Jnr.

One week in

One week after joining the tzone and with watching what I'm eating and adding in some exercise I have lost 4 lbs. That was awesome for the first week, I am hoping to get the same results this week. It was important to hit things hard and get organized, I read it was also important to get the correct amount of sleep and lot's of fluid so I am making sure to get to sleep earlier and keeping track of my water intake. It really takes a lot of work to keep everything in balance so here we go.

BTS right on time

It is exciting that the kids are very excited to get back to school, it was a great summer and the kids had a great time but now it is time to get back to routine. The really scary moment was the second day back when it was rainy and the kids went looking for jeans and sweaters and guess what everything was too small. It was fun for the kids because that meant we got to do some extra back to school shopping that we weren't planning on but that was ok, they loved the new outfits.

Tzone fun

My wife and I joined a new TZone gym this past week and are really enjoying out time there. It is a different exercise routine that takes 10 minutes and is supposed to give you a 1 hour workout. We mulitiply it by walking to and from the tzone which takes about 2 hours in total. It's a great workout and we are really feeling results.
