One week in
One week after joining the tzone and with watching what I'm eating and adding in some exercise I have lost 4 lbs. That was awesome for the first week, I am hoping to get the same results this week. It was important to hit things hard and get organized, I read it was also important to get the correct amount of sleep and lot's of fluid so I am making sure to get to sleep earlier and keeping track of my water intake. It really takes a lot of work to keep everything in balance so here we go.
