joint surgery

Brrr...I can't get over how cold it has been staying outside, it is never like this so late into the Spring season. It made me start to think about other cold things and I came accross this information about a cold therapy lawsuit that is being started. Now this all comes from a prescription therapy from doctors to aid patients in healing post surgery from joint surgeries such as elbow and knee. The idea is to circulate cold water around the surgery site to reduce the pain and swelling but if it is done for too long or at too cold a temperature it can actually cause more harm then good by causing permanent nerve damage or chronic pain to the area instead of helping. If you think you or someone you love might be a victim of this mistake you should contact the team at O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath – Personal Injury Lawyers – 808 West Avenue, Austin, TX. 78701 – 512-494-9949 to see what your options might be to find compensation that you deserve to try and make your life a little better.
