White or Chocolate

The kids recently came home with a milk order for school, now keep in mind that both white and chocolate have the same nutritional value so if kids will drink chocolate why not encourage them to drink it. The price for mile .25 for white and 1.00 for chocolate, why because the government subsidizes white milk sold into the schools but not the chocolate. It's just frustrating knowing the kids would prefer but the cost is so incredibly out to lunch you can't pay the difference.
